MOT’s by CVS
CVS are not an MOT centre, however we are able to offer a full pre-MOT inspection and obtain the certificate on your behalf. This ensures that your vehicle passes first time and your vehicle is back on the road in minimal time. This works very well with our ½ price van hire offer, meaning you can still go to work whilst we prepare your vehicle. Class 4 MOT, Class 5 MOT and Class 7 MOT are welcome.
Diagnostics and Fault Finding by CVS
CVS are equipped with the latest Snap-on and Delphi diagnostic equipment enabling us to save costs to you the customer by finding ECU recorded faults and diagnosing required repairs in minimal time. This is essential for finding faults regarding Management lights, Fuel Pump and Injector Faults, ABS, Air Bags and many other problems. Our staff are available to help with any questions you may have.

Air Conditioning
Our technicians are IMI Qualified, this means you are sure to receive the highest standard of service regarding Air Conditioning Re Gas, Servicing, and any fault finding that you may require.
This meets the requirements of EC Regulation 307/2008
Clutches, Flywheels and Starter Motors
CVS are specialists in this field, we have had many years or experience with replacing Clutches, Flywheels and Starter Motors on all Makes and Models of Commercial Vehicles. It is a common circumstance for Ford Transit 350 2.4 RWD, these vehicles from new are fitted with a Dual Mass Flywheel which can break up, releasing a dust that will contaminate the Starter Motor.
Has this happened to you?
To ensure that this isn’t to happen again CVS recommend a Solid Flywheel Conversion Kit that includes a new Modified Flywheel, Clutch Kit and Bearing. This improved flywheel will ensure a longer life to your Starter Motor and eliminate further failure of the flywheel.
CVS offer the Conversion Kit fitted for £521.96 + VAT
(Transit T350 2.4td RWD 2001 2006)
For the new shape Transit (Mk7) the solid flywheel conversion is not yet available, but will be soon. Until then the Dual Mass Flywheel will be fitted.
Injection Pumps, High Pressure Pumps and Injectors
CVS are an Approved, Trained and Fully Qualified Delphi Centre, this means we are always equipped with up-to-date software and training for Diagnostic and Fault Finding needs. A Diagnostic scan will highlight faults and lead us to a quick and straight forward diagnosis of a recorded fault.
